Natilon Cinematic is built for work where the time-lapse is the deliverable. Its 50 megapixel sensor keeps every frame it records at a resolution you can take into a production.
Natilon Cinematic is built for work where the time-lapse is the deliverable. Its 50 megapixel sensor keeps every frame it records at a resolution you can take into a production.
The benefit of high resolution shows up in the edit rather than on a big screen. Cinematic records every frame at 8688 × 5792 pixels — 2.3 times wider than a 4K video frame. That is enough to crop a 4K region out of a sequence and still not drop below source resolution: pans and pushes can be built inside footage from a camera that never moved, and one camera on one site can yield several sequences, each framed differently.
On the delivery side the cloud can generate time-lapse video up to 7,680 × 4,320 (8K). The same frames carry into print — large enough for corporate reports and exhibition-size output.
Frames can be archived as JPEG or pulled as RAW. RAW keeps colour and exposure work lossless: light that shifts through the day, cloud crossings and moving shadows can all be balanced in the edit.
Low light sensitivity is in the same class, so dusk and night sequences stay usable.
Cinematic runs on the same field platform as Natilon Pro: a 40W solar panel, wind and grid supply, a 14.4V 7000mAh battery, 72 to 96 hours of operation through days without sun, and autonomous power management that adapts the capture scenario to the state of the battery.
Connectivity is 3G/4.5G/LTE or Gigabit Ethernet. When the connection drops, frames are written to local storage and restored to the cloud once it returns. The housing is IP67 and the system works between -30 C and +60 C.
The difference is the sensor: the same endurance, a larger frame.
Frames collect in the Natilon cloud, where time-lapse video is generated automatically and frames that are not sharp are dropped. The archive is reachable from the web on Windows, Linux and macOS, and from the mobile apps on Android and iOS.
